About Me
Hey there! I’m Erin.
I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and the founder of Radiate Resilience Psychotherapy. I work with adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults, who are ready to build a life that’s worth living.
In our work together, you'll find a space that's honest, collaborative, and free of judgment. Clients often leave my office feeling heard, empowered, and more like themselves. I am passionate about helping individuals with anxiety, trauma, relational stress, life transitions, and grief. I use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, family-systems, and attachment-theory. Additionally, I am a Certified Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapist helping those with OCD, and am trained in EMDR.
I see clients in person at my office in Plymouth, Michigan, and offer telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in Michigan.
Who I work with
Individuals aged 10 and above, couples, and families, experiencing a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to: anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, work-related stressors, changes in family dynamics, substance use, and interpersonal difficulties.
Why I started Radiate Resilience
For as long as I can remember, I've been the person others turned to. Even as a child, I noticed when someone was hurting, I felt a pull to sit with them and help however I could. Looking back, that sense of calling was there long before I had words for it.
My own lived experiences deepened that calling into a passion. I know firsthand how heavy it can feel to carry pain you don't yet understand, and I also know how much it matters to have someone walk alongside you as you begin to heal. Those experiences are a big part of why I became a therapist, and they shape the care, patience, and respect I bring to every session.
Radiate Resilience grew out of that same place. Resilience isn't about never struggling. It's something that grows as we learn to face hard things with more understanding and less fear, and once it takes root, it tends to radiate outward into our relationships, our work, and the way we move through the world. I started this practice to create a space where people can find that for themselves, and I feel grateful every day that I get to do this work.
